A look over the shoulder at DfE CF2025 Environmental design standards

The new DfE main contractor framework CF2025 is now live, as part of the Tender process the DfE have implemented a step change in their environmental design standards, output specifications, and sustainability requirements, all aimed at standardisation of design and efficiency of delivery. At Cundall we have been involved in the creation of these new standards, as well as having a long-standing involvement as Technical Advisors in the Welsh Schools MIM programme.
