Alex Bear is the Social Value Lead on the Glyn-Coch Project for Willmott Dixon. With eight years’ experience in primary education in Wales and internationally - including roles as Primary Curriculum Lead and STEM Ambassador - she brings expertise in curriculum development and cross-curricular learning, aligned with the Curriculum for Wales and its focus on real-world employment. Since joining the construction industry in March 2023 and Willmott Dixon in September 2023, Alex has led social value delivery on nine successful projects. On Glyn-Coch, she leads customer reporting, community benefits, targeted recruitment and training, and education initiatives.
