Emma has 20 years' experience specialising in all aspects of complex development and construction projects from procurement stage through to completed developments. Emma drafts and advises on all types of construction and engineering contracts (bespoke and industry standard forms, e.g. JCT, NEC, PFI/PPP/MIM), consultants' appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees. Emma regularly advises clients in the education sector on estate management, facilities management, procurement of new developments and refurbishment of existing assets. She advised on the '145 million project to build complex University research buildings and the award-winning flagship social sciences hub (Sbarc building) from tender stage through to completed building.
